World’s top Athlete, Business school graduate, Real Estate investor and Realtor

I was born in a 600 person town in the heart of the Cote du Rhone area in France. My first job was helping my cousin in his vineyard at 14 years-old. From his field we were overlooking the whitewater course of St Pierre de Boeuf, and I could hear the kids splashing each other in the valley down below.

From there it was on: I understood that life could be that good, I was going to follow the flow of the river and do everything I could to be on the river during the hot summer days. I trained hard at kayaking, a sport that I began at the age of 8. I chased rivers all the way to Tibet, Africa, across Europe and North America. I spent 10 years of my life kayaking full time for Adidas Terrex, and working as Jackson Kayak team manager in Europe.

In the meantime I studied for master in Business Administration and entrepreneurship at the University of Lyon 2 and the Institute of Business Administration in Grenoble.

At the age of 28 I got the silver medal World Championships of Freestyle kayaking and I met my wife Kristen during a trip to the Zambezi river in Africa. Together we moved to the Roaring Fork valley and never left. What an incredible place to live and pursue a career! It’s a work hard, play hard kind of place, where no dream is too big.

Real estate has always been part of my plan. At the age of 26 I poured all my hard earned savings into an apartment in Southern France that I rented then flipped. I used that money and other funding to buy my first investment in the US in 2020. We bought a multi-use property on the Crystal river in Redstone and buying and selling in Redstone, Carbondale and Glenwood. I also started Frenchman Photography, a wedding and real estate photography business based in Carbondale. I transitioned to being a full time Realtor in 2019 in the heart of the pandemic. I sold $1 million per month on average since I started and received praises and 5 star reviews from every single client ever since!

I’m a firm believer in the power of mindset and I’m an avid reader, meditator, and stoic philosophy advocate. My experience as a World top ranked kayaker, endurance runner and outdoor enthusiast is part of my personality and I devote myself fully to my clients’ goals.
